Everyone is guessing what OpenAI is secretly cooking up.

Day 1

User: Holy shit, this is true AGI.
User: The reasoning is insane. How are Claude and Gemini even going to compete?

Day 2

User: Coding is absurdly strong. It handles complex tasks effortlessly.
User: OpenAI is genuinely back on top.

Day 3

User: Why does it feel less smart than day one?
User: Is there something wrong with my prompts?

Day 4

User: The exact same question that worked yesterday is hallucinating today?
User: Did OpenAI secretly nerf it?

Day 5

User: Just benchmarked it against Claude Opus and Gemini.
User: Actually, they all have their pros and cons.

Day 7

User: GPT-6.1 Sol is pretty solid.

Day 10

User: When is GPT-6.1 Astra rolling out to everyone?

Two Weeks Later

User: When is GPT-6.5 coming out?

One Month Later

User: Word on the street is GPT-7 is right around the corner.

Meanwhile

Codex users suddenly run out of quota.

Everyone starts frantically calling for Tibo.

Tibo appears, dropping a single line:

Reset all propagated. Enjoy.

The entire community erupts.

User: Tibo, I love you.
User: Forget benchmarks, just get our rate limits back.
User: Other companies train models, Tibo keeps us working.
User: OpenAI doesn’t need to upgrade the model, but Tibo must never stop resetting quotas.

Quota restored. Everyone goes straight back to high-intensity coding.

A Few Days Later

User: How am I out of quota again?
User: Tibo, when’s the next reset?

Then GPT-6.2 launches.

And everyone restarts the Day 1 loop.

When a new model drops, we feel AGI has arrived.

A few days in, we compare benchmarks, wonder if it got nerfed, and hunt for better prompts.

When quota runs out, we hunt for Tibo.

And while waiting for the next release, we convince ourselves the Singularity is right around the corner.
